Each order is handmade with all-natural, cruelty-free, plant-based ingredients. Thus, a processing time of 5-7 business days takes place for all orders. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking once your package has been shipped.

Were sorry that your package arrived damaged. If this does occur, please email NOLABABES@NOLASKINSENTIALS.COM subject line SHIPMENT with your first and last name, order number and 3 clear photos of the damage. We ask that you report any damage within 2 days of delivery. A claim with your local post office will be filed, and we'll create a return label for the damaged item, and a replacement item will be reshipped once it's received. Your post office may ask for physical proof of damage, so please do not discard of the damage item.
MY SKIN ISN'T LOVING A PRODUCT I ORDERED
Uh OH! We're sorry to hear that one of our products wasn't a perfect match for your skin. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer store credit within 15 days of your delivery date. Please email email@example.com with your order number so we can assist you.
*If you cancel your order prior to shipment we can issue a refund. Please keep in mind that orders canceled after 24 hours of being placed are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.
THE POST OFFICE WAS UNABLE TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE DUE TO A WRONG ADDRESS
Please double check your order confirmation and ensure that entered the correct address. Within 24 hours of attempted delivery, you will need to contact your local post office or visit them in person to retrieve your package. If your package does get sent back to us, please note there is a reshipment fee (same amount paid on the original order) that will need to be paid for an additional send out.
MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED DELIVERED, HOWEVER, I DID NOT RECEIVE IT
Please ensure that the address you provided on file is the correct address. After verifying please send an email to NOLABABES@NOLASKINSENTIALS.COM - We will follow up with your local post office and file the necessary claims with them. Remember your carrier is human, and mistakes can happen.
WHY DID MY PACKAGE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION?
Orders over a specific value will ONLY ship out with a signature confirmation. This is to ensure that the package is received by the person who ordered it.
Should you request the package to be shipped without a signature, this will need to be noted prior to shipment and you will be responsible for the safety of this package.
